Fly into Mexico City - Benito Juarez (AICM)
Arrive to Hotel Volga by 4:00pm and meet up with your hosts: Juan Carlos Aziz and Julie Colvin.
We will help you arrange transportation from the airport.

1st Night

7:00pm - We'll be taking you out for dinner to Carmela & Sal 
A renowned restaurant in the heart of Mexico City!

Gluten free & Vegan options available. Pre-planned menu

Day 2 - Tuesday Oct. 29th

Breakfast daily at Hotel Volga - Between 8:00am - 9:00am

A colonial-era city in Mexico's central highlands known for its baroque Spanish architecture, thriving arts scene and cultural festivals. In the city's historic, cobblestoned centre lies the Neo-Gothic church, Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, whose dramatic pink towers rise above the main plaza, El Jardin.

Discover the secrets of a Mexican kitchen with Chef Gaby Green.
Hands on class to prepare 4 dishes, and 3 salsas. To be eaten at the end of the class, with a margarita of course!
